This reduces amount spent on temporary covers should they fall sick. These offer cushion on a short-term basis and enable the individual to get assistance, but they should not act as substitutes for real covers.

Even if several workers fall sick, the company will not be pushed too far financially. This means they can budget for the whole year without affecting their financial calendar.
